Online personal training includes everything that is included with a private training program without the time constraints and limitations. After the initial consultation, an individualized program will be created. Clients can view, follow and track the training program straight from their smartphone in our Bodify training app. Trainers will then follow up and check in on client’s progress throughout the training program for accountability and adjust accordingly. Nutritional coaching is included.
Every client receives a individualized personal training program designed to reach their respective goals and accommodates one’s capabilities. Program includes 30 to 60 minutes private session at 2-4 times a week with a Certified Personal Trainer. Includes online training with instructional workouts for those days not with the trainer.
