What is Booty Builder?
Booty Burner is a total lower body workout specially designed by trainers Sarah Herrera and Alwaise Villa. They designed this high intensity workout with one goal in mind. To lift, firm and shape your booty using bands, rams and kettle Bells.
What to expect:
During the 20-25 minute Booty Builder workout, coaches will lead you through a heart pumping cardiovascular workout. You will feel muscles you never knew you had and will walk out of class feeling lifted from head to toe.
How do I sign up?
