I want to reach my goal weight and I really just want to be healthy.

I would always wake up thinking that I needed to go to the gym or to do some type of physical activity because I was gaining too much weight. I was also getting hot flashes. The doctors suggested to me to start exercising. I attended a few times but I end up quitting. I just wasn’t mentally prepare to do it. I just didn’t want to do it.

One day a co-worker, Chuy Cortez, invited me to Bodify Functional Fitness and I said let’s try it one more time!!! I met Pete Saenz and his staff. They all were so nice but still didn’t wanted to go. I said to myself I have to try it for 21 days to make it a habit. I would texted Pete about 100 times per day with too many questions. He would always reply so nicely with the perfect answer that motivated to stay.

He would always advised me on what I needed to do to reach my goal. I trusted him followed all his recommendations and the result is that I lost 30 lbs in 5 months. Bodify helped me to lose weight but more than that, I feel a little bit stronger than before and I can “jog”, something that I had never done in my life.

It’s not always about looking good or being better than the next person. Sometimes you just want to live a long healthy life
