With its focus on functional and strength training as well as obstacle specific technical skills, this program is intended to prepare anyone to dominate any obstacle course race while improving overall total body performance. Classes will combine all aspects of OCR (Obstacle Course Racing), including trail running mechanics, strength, endurance, agility and technique. Everyone is welcome from beginners to seasoned racers!
DEKA training are new Bodify classes held 3 days a week to mix or supplement with your Strong and Ripped classes. Whether you are trying to get lean, get strong, or burn a bunch of calories; our DEKA classes will help reach your fitness goals. Using 10 DEKA zones or circuits, classes are programmed with functional movements that will challenge any fitness level experienced person. Our DEKA coaches are always there to help with proper form and modify what exercises need to be modified. Every class will be a new experience to challenge yourself and others with some fun exercises.
