BODIFY RIPPED
Our Bodify RIPPED workouts focus on alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods to help improve cardiovascular health.
HIIT workouts include a combination of body-weight movements, plyometric training, and also incorporates weighted movements utilizing dumbbells, kettlebells, and more.
Burn a maximum amount of calories in a minimal amount of time to help you shed weight and tone your full body FAST!
