TRAIN LIKE AN ATHLETE
Athlete is a total body strength and conditioning class with the goal of training individuals to be stronger, better, faster, and more functional. The emphasis is to build strength, power, and cardiovascular conditioning. Whether you are a student competing in a sport or an adult competing recreationally, Athlete strength and conditioning classes are designed for everyone.
